Faith is certainty in uncertainty. It's knowing in the unknown. Faith is what compels us to step forward when we don't know where our foot will land. Abram was a man of faith - and his faith is credited to him as righteousness. God called Abram to step out in faith - to leave everything he knew and trust the one who called. As we step into more unknown, we'll examine the faith of Abram and allow is to speak to our own calling to trust the one who calls.
Theme Verse: "Now Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see." Hebrews 11:1
Read Hebrews 11: 1-2 and 8-19 to prepare for worship.
